Note : PLS use spring according as fabrics weight. If use 2000,3000 with light fabric, it is not expect good quality screen since The spring power is much stronger than total fabric's weight. HOME CINEMA SCREEN.
- First of all, the fabric muxt be winded tightly on the tube. Increase fabric is wind in loosely, the setting point is movable.
- The assembler must decide the final stop point of bottom rail from the top rail to avoiding theh hitting noise of bottom rail and over-rolling of screen. If you want the Fabrics to stop at 5cm, 10cm from the top, you may assemble buffer part to tube in released the fabric as you required.
The final stop & brake point of screen is decided by assembler of screen ans how much fabric to remain.
The female screw must be tightened to the end.
In case that the female screw loose, the final limit & brake function will not work to stop final place.
- The spring should be inserted in left side of tube and the buffer parts inserted in Right side
-Semi-Auto buffer & speed reducer system's pre-tension is only clockwise direction.

No need revisit clients
If serveral years, the tension of spring is reduced, the clients can re- tension the spring with pre-tension adjuster which was inserted in non-drive end side of head rail.
This avoids expensive service calls.
Limit (end stop) & Brake function
The screen fabrics stopped pre-determined point before head rail for preventing bottom rails hitting noise and over-rolled up
Stop & rewinding function
- The screen rewinds perfectly. Pull down bottom bar 1cm and release,it is rolls up and stop at any pre-determined positoin.
Absorb increasing speed & shocks
- The screen rolls up approx 70-80% quite fast ans stop approx 2-3 seconds to absorb any shocks, than rolls up remaining distance at a smooth speed..
: Screen's less than 100cm length, the buffer system 2-3 seconds stopping function does not work.Buffer system works with air cylinder, less than 100cm length isnot enough for air cylinder in buffer system to activate enough to fill with air
